Maybe it works for the people that know how to do it. That's why they are thanking. If it pleases you though. I will update to 1.4 even though it won't make a difference if 1.2 works fine..

 

Edit: Updated to 1.4. Redownloaded the game and the DLC is not attached to my Apple ID. If it doesn't work then you're doing something wrong. Oh and don't use the cracked version of the app.
