hey guys. I guess it's the correct place to ask the question related to my problem

 

So yeah, few days ago i was playing a game on bluestacks and everything was just perfect. Later on it started giving me an error when i was trying to launch the game saying it couldn't connect, then it stopped connecting to the play store saying that it was unable to connect check your connection and try again.

 

My connection is ok and when i try bluestacks browser it works fine, but for some reason it doesn't open the game anymore and the play store does not work either.

 

In case you wonder yes, i googled the issue and i already downloaded rooted version of bluestacks, edited hosts file by deleting everything and leaving the first line. Didn't work. Then i deleted hosts file, didn't work either.. i had freedom before but later on i deleted it because games couldn't launch because i had the program on bluestacks. I tried turning it off/on deleting nothing works. I'd appreciate if you could help me out with this problem, thanks in advance.

I just installed it and when i try to enter my gmail and password it tells me that it was unable to connect to the server, it might be a temporary issue, or your Android deice does not support data transfer. And that if the problem doesn't go away, i have to contact 'support service'

Seems to be more like a server sided issue. Another reason is that the app could be detecting you are not using an actual android device, but rather an emulator. I advise you to contact the customer support for the app

Nox App Player is another android emulator that you can try.

was it for the game only or all the games
