Pangu updated their IPa file to 1.1 that fixes the ipad pro no cydia problem.but in my case it still does not work. I jailbreak it suceeds but cydia does not show up (ipad pro 9.7)

was the iPad Pro jailbroken before and you erased the iPad by using the ERASE ALL option on the settings?

Erasing All Content using Settings causes issues on Jailbroken iDevices.

Maybe your Cydia is installed, it just won't appear?

Have you tried going to this URL: cydia://

Usually means the Jailbreak was unsuccessful.
