Error when trying to upgrade or remove packages SOLVED

I'm pretty new to the who jailbreaking thing here so I apologise if this is a stupid thread, but I cannot upgrade, install or remove packages.

 

So I got, for example, to install, it starts the download but as soon as it gets the the installing phase I get an error along the lines of "unable to create folder........."

 

I've tried respringing etc but continue to get this message.

 

Can anyone offer suggestions?

Thanks for your quick reply. I have tried this but I keep getting the same problem. I've now got a half-removed source.

 

When I try to remove it I also get the error "cannot remove file..."

 

"Sub-process /user/libexec/cydia/cydo returned an error code (1)"

Add cydia repo and you will find

add coolstar repo an installed stashing, respring wait abit delete some of the sources that are failing an then Re-add them, an you should be good

follow 2nd step first then, delete everything an reinstall it even default repos,

if that doesn't work, an it keeps failing I suggest a full restore either using iCloud or iTunes.(ITunes recommended, faster)
