Help/Support ios 9.3.1 iphone 5s; pangu gets stuck at apple bootlogo,restart, apps not working(some non native)

hi everyone, all of a sudden my iphone has been getting stuck at apple boot screen when re-jailbreaking after a restart.

the funny thing is i havent had any recent cydia installs.

anyway, after it gets stuck, i reset it fine, then it boots up..now apps like facebook instagram, messenger, and sonos crash immediately. other third party apps work  native apps work.

so my phone is all crippled up, and i cannot complete a boot up after initiating pangu.

 

i tried reinstall of pangu from impaktor tool, no luck

thank you so much! i was thinking "oh yeah thats right. iphone security" but honestly i would have NEVER thought of that!
