Nobody has a solution to this problem of the app?
It does not seem very good that it is a payment area, and nothing cheap and that nobody answers or any explanation.

Agreed the communication is horrific for something paid.

In short apple certificates have been revoked. The work around is to download the IPA and side pod with Impactor. Once side loaded you can then use your own Apple ID to verify the app and you can use for 7 days. After that you need to re-certify.

Hope that gives you some helpful answers.
