I have updated itunes and the problem was solved.

Correction, it was solved on my ipad 9.3 but not on the ipad 10.2.1 still this error "Provision cpp:62 _assert(response.head('content_type')== 'text/x-xml-plist")

I am having the same problem on 10.2.0. Installed it fine a week ago, but since I have to reload hack after a week, now getting this error
