"Step 1: Uninstall the app if you have it installed on your iDevice. Make sure to back it up so you don't lose your progress.

Step 2: Download the hacked .IPA file from the link above to your computer.

Step 3: Download Cydia Impactor and extract the archive.

Step 4: Open/Run Cydia Impactor on your computer. Now connect your iOS Device and wait until your device name shows up on Cydia Impactor.

Step 4: Once your iDevice appears, drag the modded .IPA file and drop it inside the Cydia Impactor application.

Step 5: You will now be asked to enter your iTunes e-mail login & then your Apple ID password. Go ahead and enter the required information.

 

Note: It is suggested that you use a disposable Apple ID for this.

 

Step 6: Wait for Cydia Impactor to finish sideloading/installing the hacked IPA.

Step 7: Once the installation is finished and you see the app on your SpringBoard, you will now need to go to your Settings -> General -> Profiles & Device Management. Now tap on the e-mail you entered from Step 5, and then tap on 'Trust [email protected]'.

Step 8: Now go to your Home Screen and open the newly installed IPA and everything should work fine."

 

I go step by step on it and loggin GameCenter before step1 , but I don't understand reinstalled you mean, if It is the hack IPA , I can say " Yes".

Reinstall the IPA again, remove it from your phone first

I reinstall IPA again after remove it but it's still does not work. In step 7, I can not find "'Trust [email protected]'." is it important. I'm using Ipad 3 with IOS8.

If you can open the app, skip step 7.

I think it's likely can not connect to Game Center in IOS 8, I borrow a Iphone with IOS 10 from my friend and try it. It work well and account can connect through Game Center like normal.

I just got banned outright after doing everything except forgetting to remove previous hack from Cydia.

 

Now i got banned for the first time for 48days  immediately after i launch game after its signed.

Yeah it was with my main account logged in Game center however i used a different apple ID for cydia impactor

You weren't supposed to install this. This is the reason why the Jailbreak version is being delayed. They added security checks and apparently they either detected the Jailbreak or they detected previously uninstalled hack.
