Is there a way of restoring where you left off in the game or a must to start over? I have 2 game center accounts, so far its back to the beginning. 

 

Also, what happens after 7 days, we have to uninstall or just reload? Are we back to the beginning again?

The game will sync via Game Center so you won't lose your progress. At least it does for me.
