Close the game from Multitasking.

Extract the downloaded files.

Go to Injustice app using iTools/iFunBox/DiskAid

Replace the Documents folder with the one you just downloaded.

Run the game, Select the cloud icon, Press Confirm!

Enjoy!

To play online register a new WBID from http://www.injustice.com

open your injustice app and use your new WBID and Password to log into the game!
