So when i try to jailbreak the program tells me to set date to 20 august and then it should continue but then its just stuck at that and doesnt recognize i have set it to 20 august. Is this a common problem and does it have a fix please help:D

turn off find my iphone, go to airplane mode remove passcode. and try again

Whats the phone you have? Because iOS 9.1 Jailbreak only supports x64 devices : 64dev

An iPhone 4s is a 32-bit device, I don't think you can jailbreak.
