Not sure if it was the VPN but when I tried downloading the maps it actually worked. The VPN closed by itself in the middle of the downloading process but it worked!!!

I downloaded mc5 while using the Von and did everything with the VPN and it worked!

Thank you @DiDA SOOO MUCH!!!
