Help/Support no VIP status, payed yesterday!

Hello guys,

 

I've bought a 4 month Vip access yesterday and it worked perfectly.

 

Today I cancelled the 4 month renewal because I don't want to renew automatically.

 

Since this I'm not able to use the Vip-section anymore.

 

Why?

 

Any idea or help?

I've cancelled the renewal.

And in my profile it says that's still valid until January 2017. Which is fine for me.

I just wanted to pay for 4 month without renewal.

The renewal invoice is simply generated for you, it won't get automatically paid.
