Help/Support Ad problem in background...

Hey all. Had my 6s+ previously jailbroken and had this same issue but thought it was related to imodgames, get this long ad link in the background, goes something like (http, a given) i.inmobicdn with an /adtools/ and /videoads/ & such further down. I'm on 9.3.1 and did the PP jailbreak. Installed snapchat + and Instagram +, speed intensifier (had these installed on pre 9.3.1 when I had problems) from free repos but still popular ones to see if I liked them, got rid of everything and still problematic. That link will be sitting pending in the control center, sometimes it plays sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it actually pulls up the video ad. For some cheap iOS game. Don't remember which one. I can supply the whole link if anyone needs it.

I've since removed all tweaks in cydia, and only have adblocker installed blocking the whole link I wrote down that was in the control center and a few shorter renditions. Still no go. Don't want to have to lose the jailbreak again to get rid of this. Basically what I wound up doing last time, just updated it because I didn't like the intrusion. Going to clean out safari and see if that helps but I doubt it since adblocker didn't work either.

Remove XMod and iAPCrazy if you have them.

Didn't have xmod installed this time, I had Palbreak, 3dnolag, snap+, dim, minipower, onehandwizard, record n torch, speed intensifier, type status 2, untrusted hosts blocker; in case any of those are a red flag just figured I'd list them all. . Everything is removed now except for Palbreak but that's from Bigboss.

Anyone have another solution? I vaguely remember all my cydia sources being there again when I jailbroke 9.3.1, after having updated to normal firmware (9.2.x, I don't remember) after I got the ad problem last time. I want to use the jailbreak stuff but am not ok with the ad coming up. No ad problems when in "normal" mode meaning before clicking the PP icon and the big button then lock button. Apologies for the double post but I don't know how else to get this fixed lol

Xmod was removed but same issue is still going on. I don't have iapcrazy but localIapstore. What kind of problem is this?

You're getting the same ad link in the control center as well? I still haven't found a way to fix this. Removed everything and rebooted multiple times, I cleaner, everything, still ad problem. Sometimes it actually pulls up the video as well. Really need some help cause I don't want to loose the jailbreak yet again due to this stupid ad issue.
