You need to download version 2.0.0 of spotify with app admin if you are jailbroken or if you don't, you have to download the ipa from internet and install on the iphone with impactor.

You mean the SPOTIFY ipa on this site https://www.appaddict.org/archive.php?trackid=324684580 ? And which os the better file manager to install it on an unjailbroken device, does cydia impactor works for me?

You don't need any installer, http://www.cydiaimpactor.com/ does everything by itself, including the installation on the device.
