have ios 9.3.3 i reset my ipad now i try to jailbreak cydia is not there ?

 

 

i have a ipad air ios 9.3.3

 

i restore with cloud now i want to jailbreak again i use the chinese one and cydia is not there

i know but when i use the chinese app cydia is not there i had jailbreak before i had to reset my ipad

Try to use English one then
