If i get banned is it IP ban? And whats the safest feature to turn on?

the regular aimbot &I you won't get ip ban I've been banned about 15 times an unbanned my self by using slices a Cydia tweak that alows you to have multiple accounts for any app

Aimbot doesn't seem to be working, no other mods/hacks installed for this game and using "unfair aimbot", have tried aiming down the sights and still have had no luck, I've tried reinstalling the back but that doesn't seem to work. Radar hack works fine though
