ok,

so i obtained a iPod touch 5g, and was wondering if i can remove the apple activation completely either by hard crashing, maybe using cydia impactor? or completely bypassing the itunes activation screen i need it gone tried restoring going to try to add custom ipsw, but does anyone know how to do this at all. or can anyone figure out a way or even if this is possible please let me know.

By "obtained" you mean stole/found?

You should return it to the owner, it's like a brick now.

You can remove the activation, but that's pricey.
