Help/Support Start New Game Without Banned Message (CSR2)

Long story short, my account got banned. When I deleted my old save file. And created a new account. I Still have the banned message. Cant get pass the tutorial where it says try live races. 

 

Just wondering if theres a workaround for this thanks.
