i had same problems when i was on 9.0.2

Maybe Reset all settings and it will work i did reset and worked perfectly

Update to 9.3.3 While u still can and jaikbreak

i had same problems when i was on 9.0.2

u am on iOS 9.3.3 and I asked some EVERYVODY in my school and am not the only one that has the same issu, it's the first of school and we got like 100 newcomers so it might be that.
