first of all my phone is obi boa s503 andriod phone one day i got error from every app .. every a stopped responding when i try to wipe data it said mount data error ..when i try to boot my phone ..my phone stucked on phone logo i dont know what to do? i hope i will get a solution..

You need to format the phone to scratch. Not sure how you can do that on an "Obi" but Google would help you.
