I respringed by deviced after a icleaner pro clean and got stuck in a boot loop. I turned it off and tried to use the pangu app to jailbreak but it wouldnt open. And I can't verify it in the settings, clciking verify doesnt do anything.

Re-sideload the app. Follow the instructions again.

I re-sideloaded the pangu app without deleting the old one and it seemed to have replaced the old pangu app. It opened without needing verification and I was able to rejailbreak, but the iPad keeps getting stuck in bootloops. Deleted the pangu app after and re-sideloaded the app again. Verifies it this time and tried rejailbreaking, same issue.

I open the pangu app, wait 10 seconds, press start, wait 10 seconds and lock the screen. I get the pangu notification and then it goes into a bootloop. This is unusual since it normally goes into the loop before the notification.

edit: redid each both methods 5 times each

You probably have an incompatible cydia app installed? My iPad doesn't/didn't like a number of previous apps I had since updating to 9.3.3. No bootloop issues but loads of safe mode starts

I had constant bootloop issues the last week. But the issue isnt constant. Whenever I use the iCleanerPro to test each app after a bootloop they all work. But after few hours of using the iPad certain apps like iMessage and youtube don't open. They load and then crash. Respringing then leads to a bootloop. Is this the issue you had?

Yep pretty much, mail was on that list too.

Solution, complete restore. Installed jaibreak and then everything from scratch. Major bitch.

Weird thing was, I used the same Chinese jailbreak and everything has been sweet since.
