Remember game has to be played only with the back up

 

Step 1 : Delete the hack on Cydia

Step 2 : then delete the game (make sure you have the back with your Gamecentre

Step 3 : Do fully cache clear by using "icleaner"

Step 4 : Respiring or Restart the device

Step 5 : Install the game from App Store

Step 6 : then do not open the game, and install the hack by using iflie or whatever

Step 7 : Now turn on the hack from the settings open the game and get into your base from thoe backup

For me in 2 devices not worked this method, but after a fresh reinstall I started playing from the Game Center it works fine. Even when loads that buckets (54261 player I'd) account, successfully load my own I'd/account. Very important, don't start the game without the patch installed! Maybe this helps.
