Before you guys say anything like ' this was already solved ' please read first. ( PS. WHY DO ALL THE CYDIA PROBLEMS HAPPEN 2 ME???? )

So basically I installed cydia through the no computer method and got the PP App, I followed the steps, finished installing cydia and my iPad respringed. I unlock my device and nothing new appears, no cydia no anything. I scroll through my pages looking for it and realize I have the barrel tweak working, and so I try to open cydia via Cydia:// and it opens, at this point I was super happy but I didn't know how to make it appear on my home screen, so I search iOS gods and I find out that you just have to reinstall UIKit and I try to search for it, but an error comes up saying that a file in var/lib/dpkg/status could not be opened and that it doesn't exist, I refresh the packages but it now says that it could not connect so no packages could be installed. I try to search using the search section thing and my keyboard comes up as a black thingy and I cannot type at all..... I've tried reinstalling it but it doesn't work. )))):

If i am correct i think apple patched the exploit it used, so you need a computer (i read about this somewhere not sure where tho.)

Btw did you do a fresh clean up on device before jailbreak?

Hmmmm. I did do a fresh clean up but I haven't updated to the latest iOS so I don't know if the patch would have any effect.... I'll just try it with laptop tomorrow when I get my laptop back.. Updated by Gumichaan

Pretty sure Pangu's no pc jb requires payment.... But idk. And uh, I am now on iOS 9.3.2... Should update that.

I'm not sure however i would recommend doing it using the official pangu method since other sites might give you malware or spyware.

Open Safari and enter this URL: cydia://

Then reinstall UIKit Tools from Cydia.
