Help/Support Cydia Error!

When ever I go to install or uninstall a new cydia tweak I get the error

 

Trying to overwrite 'usr/bin/asu_inject' which is also in package com.hackyouriphone.appsyncunified

 

Sub-process/usr/libexec/cydia/cydo returned error code(1)

 

Please help.

Refresh your packages, wait till the little loading icon is gone and then try again.

I tried this, still comes up with the same error.

I don't have an appsync unified installed. Wait I do but it's the one iOS 5.x --> 9.x and it won't let me uninstall Updated August 15, 2016 by Hash_P

For some reason the error went away after uninstalling Appcake, so really not sure what was going on, but thanks for the help guys.
