I tried disabling two-factor auth., I've tried making a new Apple ID, I've tried revoking certificates, and I'm not sure what else I can do at this point to work past the "provision.cpp:81 ios/addAppId =9313 The 'Network Extensions' feature is only available to users enrolled in Apple Developer Program. Please visit https://developer.apple.com/programs/ to enrol" error.

I'm really hoping I didn't throw money into the fire when signing up for VIP/non-jailbroken before testing things out. I'm generally a tech savvy person but this is getting annoying lmao.
