I keep getting runtime error when I'm putting the game IPA to the cydia impactor ,I switched through 3 USB cable/charger and still no luck. I'm suppose to change the ipa's file to zip but idk which one :/. When I put yalu102 IPA into cydia impactor it worked but not with the ipa game

i get this error even i created new apple id

provision.cpp:81 ios/addAppId =9313 The 'Network Extensions' feature is only available to users enrolled in Apple Developer Program. Please visit https://developer.apple.com/programs/ to enroll

Do i have to enroll with 99$ omg ? any other way to fix it?
