Are you botting no where near your original location/have you logged in recently on your phone, then tried to bot somewhere else? I live in the UK, but currently am botting around Santa Monica it's getting to the point now where you have to realistically think about traveling, also don't think you can unsoft ban yourself anymore.

You're probably banned. Try leaving it for 12 hours, or if you're trying to bot near where you actually live, logging onto Pokemon on your device and seeing how the game reacts
