then how are u posting if u dont have wifi dafuq

He might have another device.

I'm connected to the wifi but it says on my ipad: No internet Connection... Please Help

Try this Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings. Doing that will erase all saved networks so make sure you know or have the password of your network before doing it.
