Ok, so I tried it and have several nit picks:

 

Anti-Cheat - don't know what's that supposed to be, if it hides Jailbroken device - then it doesn't work.

Unlimited Moves - this one works.

Always S Rank - no such option, just comes with unlimited moves.

Always Mega - crashes the game, doesn't work.

Attack Damage (Tried to lower damage tell me how it goes) - works fine.

High Score with Attack Damage on - yep, that too.

Unlimited Storage - what is that? What storage?

High Capture Rate* - doesn't work. Capture rate is fine with unlimited moves anyway.

Unlimited Coins* - 3k after battle is ok, only second switch for that option works.

No Time Limit - works alright.

Hide Status Bar - haven't tried it.

 

Overall an ok hack, but I'd rather get unlimited hearts/Jewels.

I played this game last summer. Once I delete the game and re-install it. I found the save was gone... Spend so many time on that save... Thanks for sharing this cheat.
