it always say to not found pokemon in all latitude Longitude of file config. seem like it doesnt work with nerco v0.8.0

I just wonder why the "WalkingSpeedInKilometerPerHour": is 300.0. Isnt this will get u banned? I run the script but it only try to spin pokestop 45 times to unban.
