That's an IP ban. If you are running more than one bot this happens but it only lasts about an hour. If you weren't running more than one bot then your configuration was running your character too fast. Try again in an hour.

I see, this is the problem of a last week on and on, with just one or also multiple bots, no difference. I don`t think there is something with config, blonde yes but original :D well, the problem appeared after new api.

    The snipers are down for some reason so you'll only be getting pokestops with a few Pokemon around them here and there. Hopefully they start working again soon.

    Okay guys I got mine up and running with a VPN. I got a free VPN and works like a charm. Some people are claiming their VPN isn't working so just tests some here and there until you find one that works. Took me an hour to find one. I'm not sure what is going on exactly but it's obvious to me that it's IP address related so maybe niantic did something?
