Cydia Source Crashing. Restoring not helping

This is my first jailbreak and apologies for my general ignorance.

Few days ago I accidentally added a dropbox url to some iOS themes to the sources in cydia. Ever since opening sources would cause cydia to crash however the tweaks I had installed before that continued to work. This is the error I am shown when refresh changes. http://m.imgur.com/LbkDWgh

With 9.4 being released I tried to fix the issue by restoring my iPad through iTunes. I used Cydia Impactor again and got pangu and Cydia. The same issue persisted however. In desperation I deleted BigBoss after 30mins of confused googling. That caused the Cydia app to disappear while the pangu app said the iPad is still jailbroken. I just reset it for the second time and got Cydia but the sources still give the same error and causes Cydia to crash. Any help would be appreciated.

You can manually remove the false repo using iFile/Filza or i-Funbox.

1) Quit Cydia

2) Using iFile/Filza or i-Funbox navigate to /etc/apt/sources.list.d

3) Edit the repo out of the Cydia.list file

4) Navigate to var/mobile/library/preferences and find com.saurik.Cydia.plist

5) Locate the repo's reference towards the bottom of the file

6) Delete a single line encoded by < key> tags and the following lines from the <dict > tag to the </dict> tag

7) Reboot

When you relaunch Cydia after the reboot, the repo should be gone. :snoop:

You don't have OpenSSH installed? Hmm...

apt is a folder in /etc. Nothing to install, it should already be there.

I am not too familiar with this so can you please tell me how I access the apt folder please? Sorry for my lack of knowledge on this but I would really like to enjoy a jailbreak

You should restore while 9.3.3 is being signed.

And I believe this error has a fix, according to some other support topics but that was for older iOS versions.
