Help/Support Where do I download SDK?

Hey I want to start learning how to use theos and make cydia sub hacks, I went on tutorials to find how to download sdk (don't know what it is) but iphone.howett.net doesn't work.

What iOS are you on? If you're on 9.3.3, use 9.2 SDK

You can try it, but I'm using the 9.2 SDK and iOS 8 SDK.
