Can i do a restore on a iphone i bought from previous owner who i cant contact, he doesn't answer the mails.... They didnt reset factory settings and still had there private stuff on it so i did a reset all option but didn't realise it would lock the phone and i need owner icloud id password to continue. Any suggestions?

You need the original bill from the owner with that you can go to an apple store and they will unlock it for you

Don is correct. There is no way to bypass it.

Well, damnit.. i have been trying to contact the owner, but he doesn't respond to my mails... Is there no other way, without needing the real owners icloud password?

if the owner didnt respond its possible that he scammed you. where did you buy it from

If you find out a way then don't forget to let the FBI know. They've been searching for the answer to this very question. :rofl:

you can search the deep web there is a tools used there to change the devices imei and serial which will actually make it a anew one i cant say more

You would need an IMEI to replace it with. You can't just throw any random string in there it'll brick the device.
