More than likely it has the incompatible processor.  the samsung, i think?

 

I just checked and my 9.3.3 device has the Samsung processor. First time I hear about this, thanks a lot for bringing this out. If it's incompatible it explains why the hack on 9.3.3 works for some and doesn't for others. 

 

Any options for those with the Samsung processor to get this to work?
