For some reason it failed with code 256 even though I had the syslink. It told me it was a PreferenceLoader issue so reinstall that loader and it works now!

 

Just out of curiosity, does the no cooldown apply to ennemies as well? I know it used to but unsure now. Thanks

I wish.  Apparently the dude started charging for one hit KO, but when you ask him how to pay for it he ignores you.

Apparently they have a way to detect 1 hit ko now so that is why he is not offering that option anymore. Be heard of a lot of people getting banned using that part of the hack. I wouldn't recommend using it. I just stay with thenno cool downs.
