Help/Support App not loading. Could it be my Jailbreak?

So I downloaded an app on my phone called Simple Habits. It worked fine before I jailbroke my phone. Now it just lets me sign in, and does a continuous loop of loading. Is this because of my jailbreak? Help!

The app may have jailbreak detection, try using xCon

You can try bypassing it, by FLEX, xCon, or tsProtector.

Try to delete your app and reboot your device then reinstall and check.

When isn't working try to reinstall the app "don't open it" just restart your phone then check it

Thank you for the quick replies, but unfortunately nothing has worked.

 

I tried xCon, tsProtector, and Flex to set "hostJailbroken" false, but none of those worked.

 

@Z3Rch_KiNG No luck with your method, either.

 

I deleted the app, rebooted, and then reinstalled and opened it. No luck.

 

I also reinstalled, ignored opening, and restarted and then checked.

In Flex you should go for: hasJailbreak and isJailbroken and set it to false. Activate reboot the device and check if it works.

I should also note I'm using Flex 3 beta, if there are any concerns there.

Boot into Safe Mode and try the app from there.

then it may have a conflict with a tweak, try removing tweaks that may affect the app
