Help/Support Pokemon Go Empty/Blank Map Issue

Hello, i am running on iOS 9.0.2 jailbroken and i dont know why but my map is empty. The while ball is turning all the time on the left side and nothing pop up on the screen. No nearby pokemon,no pokestop or gym. I dont know how to solve this issue.

Yes i did before. I deleted all of them but still have this issue.

Thank you. I installed Masterball and it works perfect now.

I was having the same problem and master ball fixed it thanks! The only bad thing is Pokemongoanywhere doesn't work well with it. Anytime I try to,catch a Pokemon I get an immediate error and the Pokemon disappears.
