Is there a way to get unbanned in asphalt 8 without restoring ipad? Or without duplicating the game? Please help.

Not sure. It's different for each game. Some even have MAC address ban.

 

You can also try this MGFaker on Cydia to tweak app settings.

I reinstalled asphalt 8 and deleted the hack, still banned.

I created new itunes account, gamecenter account and facebook account, still banned.

Try the above. Duplicate the app or use MGFaker on it.
