If you re using cheats in pokemon go and get soft banned like me , you just need to change the date 1 day foward go to the game and you will see you can use poke stops and catch pokemons, if you want you can back to normal date and you still unbanned

 

It worked for me lots of time but i dont know if it will work for everyone

I think just location spoofing very recklessly will get you softbanned

i using pokemon go from tutuapp you can teleport and use a joystick to move but i accidentaly moved so fast and get softbanned

I can confirm, this does work. Just spin it, exit (press the cross) and click the pokestop again, repeat
