You can't. You need to wait for iFile/Filza to get updated.

Actually, you can. Filza has been updated for iOS 9 for ages now and shows the application names. Browse to below path to see application names:

/var/mobile/containers/bundle/application

Yes aware of that. However, this was taken on an iPhone 6s Plus running iOS 9.3.3.

You have a symlink placed there which leads to /var/containers/Bundle

Again, aware - you can browse application folders by name and modify documents of different Applications which what OP asked for :)

 

@OP: Filza does allow you to browse applications by name which you've asked for and also allows you to add, remove or modify documents of an app - which is probably what you're looking for.

OP asked if he could see application names instead of random numbers.

 

Assuming he's turned on the option and he's on iOS 9.3+, he cannot until an update comes.
