Help/Support iOS 9.3.3 Jailbreak help

So I recently came back from a trip to Florida and found out there was a iOS 9.3.3 jailbreak, I never expected it to come so soon. I was on an iOS 10 devoloper beta so I went to download the iOS 9.3.3 iPSW. I went on my computer and downgraded to iOS 9. While it was almost done it said slide to upgrade and so I did and my iPad got stuck on a white background with an apple logo in the middle, I was being impatient and thought it was frozen, so I hard reset it (held both home and power button at the same time) and it went to the lock screen. Then almost all my apps where gone and so was my Touch ID saved fingerprints and other stuff (I.E. Safari tabs, pictures, backgrounds). I later gained some of the apps back and tried to jailbreak but I get get on a black background with the apple logo instead of the white background. So I don't know if while it was downgraded because I hard reset it I corrupted something or messed it up. I'm on an iPad mini 3 iOS 9.3.3 unjailbroken.

I can't jailbreak

Also when I slide down the Notification Center my iPad resprings for some reason

Restore and re-jailbreak again?

I'm gonna have to do that I guess brb when I'm done

I have an idea cause I really don't want to lose my data so could I upgrade to iOS 10 beta again then downgrade and this time leave it alone instead of hard resetting it like I did?

Restore using iTunes. Restore, not update.

 

Once the restore is finished, Jailbreak, open Cydia, make sure all is good. Then restore from backup.

Ok so I'm done restoring it still does not let me jailbreak and my iPad still has a glitch where if i scroll down to the notifications tab my iPad resprings

So after many tries I got it jail broken but when I try to open cydia it doesn't let me the app just chrashes

Now almost all my apps and ones that I download go past the launch animation and then they crash idk what to do now
