Enter your current coords inside user.xml and you wont get banned. if you change them without changing the pokesniper2 coords to you will get banned

There is no key, just a error open the site again and it will work!.

it's possible but not recommended since it increases the chance of you getting banned if you are going to do it i tip you to atleast use the same coords on both tools.
