Help/Support I can't install any *.deb file in my device

I can't install any *.deb file dowloaded. I used to safari + google chorme but it not working. I tried many way diferent but it still not working.

Uninstall tsProtector from Cydia.

The error says tsProtector is a conflicting package so it aborts installation.

Will it work on the bleach brave souls error too ? Ios 9.3.2 user. We have a problem where the package us half installed.

When I try to install a hack for a game, it won't let me because it says this in gray /var/mobile/Containers/Bundle/Application/*/Live.app/

directory wasn't found, please make sure you have the app installed." Now, I have the app installed but there appears to be no bundles folder at all in my files.  I have data folder which contains the applications though.  How can I fix this? Please Help. Thank You.
