Say if u set it to 500, that means it would only transfer pokemon level 500 or less. You keep everything above it

Ok.. But what about the IV part?I have the CP set high but still have over like 7 pokemon that are under the CP.. DOes the IV have anything to do with it?

Maybe you have "Keep pokemon that can evolve" checked
