Help/Support Hard time doing jailbreak

Hi, I've been trying to jailbreak my iPad Air for a couple of days but have been unsuccessful if someone can help me out. After I click the circle and lock it I get the storage almost full message and the other Chinese message which is normal, right after that it goes black and the apple logo appears like it restarted, and when I unlock it I'm not getting cydia. I've tried restoring numerous times but I keeping getting the same outcome. If I'm missing something, can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks

Well what version are you on first of all?

You need to swipe all your applications from the multi task bar before clicking the circle or anything.

I'm at 9.3.3 version. Yes waited 6 seconds before clicking circle and what dou you mean by swiping all your apps in the multi task bar? I just tried it a few minutes with same results. Is it supposed to stay connected to the pc or disconnected?

yes I closed all apps running, then ran the pp app but still reboots to the apple logo.
