i downloaded perfect setting will it still do that to me? cuz i left it running for a while now

In the perfect settings the value is on "true" so you prolly lost a few... The perfect one only keeps pokemon above 1,5k CP and at a minimum of 85% IV, you better change it to your prefered CP, if you dont care about IV (which is really good to have high % IV pokemon) then set the value to false
