Device - iPad Mini (Second Edition)

Followed this tutorial

got the pp app trusted waited for notification rebooted no Cydia...

Any solutions?

You're not supposed to reboot, once you tap on the Pangu circle, you then lock your device and just wait for it to automatically respring itself.

Did you reboot it by yourself? Because it should reboot by itself, if you rebooted it I don't think it'll install.

I did then I rebooted after that to see if it would show.

Did I need to turn passcode back on?

try not to, because if your iPad suddenly reboots the jailbreak goes away and Cydia disappears so just keep it there in case that happens.
