Ah, someone can close the request?  I've figured out a way to do it.

You can use iGG or GameGem to edit the values.

If anybody could hack this it would be sweet, i'd also say an anti-ban or unban option would be pretty useful since people are getting banned from using the 1.3.0 hack then updating. i have no idea how to use igg or gamegen to be honest... pretty sure a lot of people don't
